Anshin Daitoku Yin Lian
At Kammassaka, the art of yoga has been lovingly curated by Anshin Rose, a seasoned practitioner with over 35 years of experience. Anshin’s approach follows the enriching principles of Hatha yoga, integrating a foundation of Zen mindfulness and a seamless flow of prana (energy/qi) throughout the entire being. This unique practice nurtures the body, allowing it to naturally explore and discover its own alignment and allowing the experience of awakening to our True Self to arise. We offer an environment that encourages letting go of competitiveness and judgment, inviting you on a journey of self-discovery and inner harmony.
